Bus and Group Visits at Ted Drewes

We’re happy to welcome tour buses and large groups to Ted Drewes Frozen Custard on Historic Route 66. To help ensure smooth service, please review this page and follow the steps below.

Before You Arrive

Call us in advance at (314) 481-2652 to let us know your group is coming. Then, on the day of your visit, please call again when you’re about 30 minutes away.

Let us know:

  • Group name
  • Approximate number of guests.
  • If you’re paying together or individually

Ordering and Payment

Groups who choose to pay in a single transaction will be assigned to a specific order window.

If paying individually, we’ll guide you once you arrive.

Bus Loading Area

Buses may drop off guests along the west side of the lot (facing Chippewa). Once your party has unloaded, we ask drivers to park off site and return once your groupis ready for pickup.

Bus Group Discount

All groups over 25+ who choose to pay in a single transaction are eligible for a discount. Fill out the form below and you will receive a 10% off coupon via email. The couple must be presented at checkout and is valid for only bus groups who are paying on one ticket.
