Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Do you deliver?
No. We do orders for pickup only.

  2. What size are your cups?
Typically people order the 8oz. cups for large orders and those are what we have available in our freezer.

  3. What flavors are available?
Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Chip, Heath Bar, and Oreo are always available in our freezer. We can make other flavors for you, but may require more time to prepare those.

  4. How much does it cost per cup?
The 8oz. frozen minis are currently $3.50 per cup. If you are getting 50 or more we offer a 10% discount ($3.15). If you are getting 100 or more of the Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry, we offer a 20% discount ($2.80).
If you are from a tax exempt organization like a school or church or if you are reselling the cups, please ask about our no tax pricing.

  5. How can I keep it cold?
We can offer dry ice free of charge to keep your order cold. If you are transporting it straight to a freezer, a box with the ice will do the trick. If you are serving later in the day and will need to keep it cold for longer than 3 hours, you will need a cooler. You can bring your own cooler or we can provide a cooler that will need to be returned. We ask for a CASH or CHECK deposit on the cooler ($25 for each cooler of 100 cups) that will be returned to you when we get the cooler back.

  6. How far in advance do I need to order?
For most orders we need at least 24 hour notice. All the better if you can give more notice.

  7. What times are available for pickup?
We open every day at 11:00 AM, but there is typically someone there as early as 9:00 AM who can help you with an order. Ring the bell on the East side of the building. Please try to pickup before 6:00 PM as evenings get busy making pickups difficult.

  8. Can I order specialized options?
Yes, for orders of 10 items or more. You can order off the menu for everyone in your office for example and everyone is getting different sizes and flavors that need to be individually made and labeled. Call the store and someone will be able to guide you through this ordering process. It may be easiest in this example to email us the order, but we will need to know about it by phone because we do not check the email for orders.
