Bulk & Shipping Orders

You can order custard in larger quantities, with a minimum of 10 items, for personal or commercial use. If you are ordering from within St. Louis, Missouri, you can place your order by calling (314) 481-2124 between 11 AM and 6 PM.

For orders outside of St. Louis, Missouri, overnight shipping via UPS is required. Please review the important shipping details before placing your order.

  • Orders ship Monday - Thursday via UPS Overnight.

  • Most deliveries arrive by 10:30 AM the next day.

Placing an Order

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • All orders are processed through the Chippewa location: (314) 481-2652.

  • A standard cooler holds:

    • 15 mini concretes or 8 pints

Pricing

  • Costs vary based on delivery zip code and package weight.

  • Average shipping cost: $200 per package.

  • Kansas City & Chicago can now use UPS Ground for lower rates.

Do you deliver?

No, we only offer pickup orders.

What size are the cups?

Our standard size for large orders is 8oz. which we keep in our freezer.

What flavors are available?

We always have Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Chip, Heath Bar, and Oreo in stock. Other flavors can be made with additional prep time.

How much do the cups cost?

  • 8oz. frozen minis: $3.70 per cup

  • 50+ cups: 10% discount ($3.33 each)

  • 100+ cups (Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry): 20% discount ($2.96 each)

  • Tax-exempt organizations (schools, churches, resellers) – Ask about tax-free pricing.

How do I keep my order cold?

  • We provide free dry ice to keep your order cold.

  • If transporting straight to a freezer, a box with dry ice is enough.

  • If storing for more than 3 hours, use a cooler.

    • Bring your own or borrow one from us.

    • A $25 cash/check deposit is required per cooler (holds 100 cups) and is refunded when returned.

How far in advance should I order?

At least 24 hours’ notice is preferred. More time is always better.

When can I pick up my order?

  • We open at 11:00 AM, but staff is usually available from 9:00 AM to assist.

  • Ring the bell on the east side of the building for early pickups.

  • Try to pick up before 6:00 PM, as evenings get busy.

Can I order specialized options?

Yes, for 10 or more items.

  • You can mix different sizes and flavors, and we can label them individually.

  • Call the store to place your order.

  • You may email the order, but we must be notified by phone as emails are not checked for orders.
